SATELYX was named one of 15 finalists for IVS2026 LAUNCHPAD, the pitch competition at Japan’s largest startup conference, selected from more than 500 applicants for the program’s 20th-anniversary edition. We were one of only four international finalists, alongside Tofuchan, HiStranger, and Ryp Labs, in a field otherwise made up of Japanese startups.
The finals were held July 3, 2026, at Rohm Theatre Kyoto, streamed live, with a ¥10M prize on the line. LAUNCHPAD has a real track record behind it: more than 60 past participants have exited, and over 100 have raised more than ¥1B since the program launched in 2007.
Full announcement: IVS KYOTO Executive Committee, June 18, 2026 . For how the pitch itself went, see Kepple’s event report .
